Rock, Paper, Scissors, & Scrap

I made this a while back for a friend going through a problem with men.  I want to find this e-mail again and make another one for my SMASH book. The front cover purple paper, I painted bubble wrap pink and white.  Then stamped it on the purple paper.

Made this one for Christmas presents......gonna make one for myself!

 I used the Cricut  Hello Kitty Cartridge.  Used the image on the front, so when not used as a clip board, it can be used as a wall decoration.  When in use, the Hello Kitty font is on the back.

I used the Cricut Hello Kitty cartridge, glass ornaments, and some old ribbon to make these.

I used the nerd file folders I scored at Wal Mart for .15!!!!  SMASHED about going to the Microsoft store and the new tablet SURFACE!  (Ohhh I love it).  The inside of the folder is SMASHED about later on that day going to Fry's electronics. We had a fun nerdy day.

I bought some clothes pins from the dollar store.  I used the Recollections washi tape from Michael's and covered them. Was only gonna make 2 sets but they were so much fun, I kept making them.

I have saved all of these things for years now.  Along time ago a gal, can't remember who, made the paper piecing for me.  It was from my very first online scrapbook group.  I finally SMASHED it. I used the K&Co Light Purple Big SMASHbook, the yellow pages.  I added green file folders I found in a drawer, so the pages can be opened to give me more room. Inside the birth certificates, were pictures of other Cabbage Patch Kids for sale.  I cut those and I had saved a million of the brochures.  Cut those up and used those too. My fave about this page is the bag, I had saved it from when I was either a kid, or my trip when I graduated Highschool in 1995.  In 2011, went back, and it has closed :( I was really sad.  They didn't even have the painted wall up to take pictures by.

I follow many of the coupon blogs and websites.  Yesterday, vistaprint, had the mens T-shirts for only $2.00 so I had this made. Can not wait for the mail to come.  I want to wear it all the time and I don't even have it yet.

More New Orleans pages.  I kinda mixed SMASHING with Scrapping.  Even used old stickers I bought in 2000 or 2001 and dusted off my Creative Memories circle cutter.  Don't know why I stopped tearing paper, or stopped using my circle cutter.  Forgot how much fun they both are to do.

This is my boyfriend and the reason I e-mailed him on a dating site is because he said his fave city was New Orleans.  That is mine too.  He had never been there though.  So we got an opportunity to go to the town that sparked our relationship!  Of course it rained the second we got there.  But, that is OK we will go back!!!

I purchased these papers and stickers at a scrapbook store in Sioux Falls, SD, perfect for these pictures.  Loooove the S and D brads on the I love South Dakota sticker

First time I've never titled a page of a restaurant I was at.  Just didn't feel like it and wanted to use up some old stickers I've had laying around.  Also dusted off my old creative memories circle cutter - haven't used that in a while.  Also cut an old post card too.

I used the Cricut Destinations Cartridge for the die cuts.  I went through so much paper in my stash...I KNEW I had cloud paper somewhere.  This cloud paper is sooo old.  Came out of the 1st or 2nd Slab!

Bought the Baby SMASH Book today because my 12th great niece is here.  I'm sooo happy.  She was born yesterday, SMASHED this page tonight.  Think that is a record for me!   I want to do this whole album on all my great nieces and nephews because its hard to scrapbook them when I don't live around them.  Thank goodness Facebook keeps us together. *Edited out last name for privacy of my family*

Got inspired by a T-Shirt I saw at a thirft store last month.  Used my Cricut - Happy Hauntings and my Creative Memories Circle cutter for the moon.

I looooooooove this store and buy something everytime they have a sale.  Decided to use my receipt from yesterday and cut the bag.  I have been going through old magazines and the bottom images are from one in 1989 or something like that.  The other images are from last months Frederick's catalog. Used some washi tape and the one SMASH journal prompt to finish it.  This is also in the big SMASH book by K&Co.

I have so much Washi Tape and was wondering what I was going to do with it all.  I bought a pack of pens for a buck at the dollar store.  Just took out the pen, wrapped the washi around, and put it back in.  Going to match the pens with some home made creation of some sort and give as gifts.  Soooo easy and fun to make! Took maybe 5 minutes for all of these.

Made this for quarter auction as well.  Just old Disney paper and stickers and filled in the photo sleeves.
