Thanks so much for hopping along with us!

Heart Disease has sadly touched my family.  My mother was diagnosed this year.  I used the set to make her a card and I dedicated a SMASH page to her and her fight to get healthy!

I used the stamps to create background paper for the page and card.  I used the heart stamp and ribbon stamp, hand drew a heart monitor line between the stamps. The inside of the card I stamped the YOU'VE GOT THIS on white, inked the edges with red, and matted on white to match the outside of the card.

Then I created a SMASH page in the Simple Style SMASH Journal.

Have you tried making SMASH Book pages?  Many companies have their own version, but I love the SMASH Brand books from K & Company.  They have spiral bound books and thring binder books. Most pages have a theme to kinda jump start you on an idea and their are no rules.  I love using Movie Ticket stubs, Stamps, Magazine cut outs, printables, washi tape, etc.  It has really helped me catch up, if that is possible hahaha, and I feel more creative.

I Love the new three ring binders.  I also used the photo inserts that came with the book, to add extra stamped images, and the back has journalling.

I used my Cricut Artiste Cartridge for the bow but did not have black and white polka dot paper.  I just used the washi tape on a scrap piece of paper and ran it thru the cricut.  I used the same technique to cut out the banner outline.  I used a depth of six and it worked out perfectly.

I just attached the bow with a brad, wrapped red twine around the brad, and attached the boxing glove stamps.  I just cut them out and attached with my glue runner.
