Rock, Paper, Scissors, & Scrap

I learned how to make paper flowers.  I bought a reasonable priced shadow box and used the flowers with the saying.  LOOOOVE how it turned out.  Can't wait to make more flowers too.

I can not knit, I can not crochet, and I was able to do these.  Once I did one, I couldn't stop.  I love the Sachey yarn the best.  The other yarn - omg I spent more time untwisting the darn yarn, then I did making the darn thing hahaha.  I also made 2 red ones.  One was for my mom, my other one is at my moms house. I learned of this techinique in November from my cousin.  Found a few youtube videos and hated them all.  Finally found one that made it all click.  Crochet is must faster!!!!  But maybe it is because I had never knitted.

I used the Cricut Cartridge Fancy Frames.  I tried to make a 4x6 opening but didn't quite make it.  Going to play with it again and see what I need to set the Cricut at to make it a 4x6.  I used the Union Square Recollections paper pack, the Love paper.  Its all the way on the right side, so I cut the paper, then used a piece of the red paper as a mat and then added the Fancy Frame mat.

Used my Cricut to cut out the letters.  The Just Call Me and Crown was the Artiste cartridge from Close to My Heart.  The Princess was from the Word Collage cartridge.  I used Zebra Recollections scrapbook paper form the 8.5x11 paper pack and Pink Picture Frame.
